Empowering people to make positive changes in life. My past experience includes several years of helping the unemployed overcome personal barriers to work. Barriers could include; anxiety, stress awareness, confidence building, developing assertiveness and interview techniques.
I am now looking for others wanting to step out of the 9-5 existence. You may want to start a business, you may want to travel more, you may want to work and travel. If you have a desire for a change of life, please get in touch. We can sort through any limiting beliefs you may have that’s stopping you from getting the life you want. I would never suggest you leave a secure job without having a contingency plan in place first.
I also have a particular interest in Women’s health and being able to, not only manage your health, but to thrive in the midst of it. As an Endometriosis sufferer (warrior) I know it all too well. I am a firm believer in the mind/body connection and have followed Dr David Hamilton’s work as well Psychotherapist Benjamin Fry’s, both who I have met and attended seminars with.
For the past 13 years, I have been running my own Health and Wellbeing business, providing remedial Sports Massage to the TV, Theatre and Music industry. It’s led me to be in rooms I never thought I would be in. I provided massage for high profile tours such as Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, The Prodigy, Dolly Parton and have had the pleasure of touring with Riverdance for several years. All it takes is self belief and perseverance. Life can be a wondrous world of discovery if you allow it. You can literally create the life you want. Don’t just take my word for it.
I have travelled widely and have spent time living and working in the US, Canada, New Zealand, Japan and China. I believe in carving out your own life and moulding it in a way that works for you. I feel I can’t advise or help people, if I have not also walked the walk so I am happy to share my experiences and personal insights if I feel it will be of use. A lot of us walk the line of safety, with a secure job that pays the bills, but what if we want more…I am happy to talk through your plans and thoughts and offer an external unbiased perspective.
